Welcome to the NG BBS Goldmine. This is merely an extension of the original goldmine, which I am under the impression has fallen into disuse. But all credit for the orignal concept should go to Tremour.

What exactly is the goldmine? Its a collection of Golden threads from the bbs. These are remarkably funny and/or awesome for some reason or another. In short, if you are looking into the history of this bbs and really want to know what awesome things preceded you, or you wish to reminice, come here.

Steps to add a new thread:
1) Use ctrl+F (find) to search this page, making sure the thread you wish to add isn't already here.
2) Post a link to the thread down below, and the category you think it should go under.

Taken care of, I'm not quite sure what it was originally, but I think I recall it being golden. It was sort of a single first post (by an alt most likely) containing a well structured request to be a moderator. If I'm correct it was entirely satirical, but it was funny. Unfortuantely I think it was deleted. :(

I must have copied the wrong URL when I was originally setting this up, its all fixed now. The topic "Do you want to be banned?" Actually does exist and is the reason for a short banning of a moderator.
